Meeting Pattie: I brought my Vogue for Pattie to sign! Pattie was so sweet and she is still as beautiful as she was back in the 60's. Pattie was shocked to see my issue of Vogue and flipped through it looking at all the images. She wasn't sure who had taken her photo, so she checked in the index. She thought it might have been shot by Barry Lategan, and she was right! Pattie also brought some of her dresses from the sixties as well as her collection of photographs. I had so much fun at Beatlefest!

I would have fallen to the floor and said, "May I kiss your feet...Layla?" ;-)
Look how TINY those dresses are!
God, I LOVE HER.
Was Jenny there, too? I would have surely gone into Boyd-induced seizures.
I can't belive you met Pattie!!! SHE'S SOOO WONDERFUL!! And her clothes are soo cute! It must have been sooo lovely to meet her!! You lived my dream!
Is the 14th picture (with the vouge cover and other photos) from the event you met her at or is it in your room or something?

nope the 14th picture is from the setup that Pattie put up on the wall.
She's a hoochy koochy girl, yowza!
again..a fab selection of pictures...did you read her book, totally dashes those juvenile dreams past of marrying a rock star...sounds like the bad kinda outweighed the good, but she lived the tell the tale, kudos to Ms Boyd.
I'd love to read Pattie's autobiography.
