Love Is The Song We Sing

San Francisco: 1965-1970. This city became the mecca for hippies and the epicenter of "Flower Power" music. The small community of Haight Ashbury was inundated by young people from all over the country. Many popular bands emerged from San Francisco including: The Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Big Brother and the Holding Company, The New Breed, The Wildflower, The Great Society, Quicksilver Messenger Service, etc.
